1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and m1cuci ("Platform", "Company", "us"), which operates the website under the domain m1cuci.one.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by m1cuci, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the m1cuci platform.

m1cuci operates under international licensing and complies with the relevant regulatory requirements. The platform provides sports betting, online slots, live casino, esports and table game services to eligible users.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use m1cuci services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Be a legally capable individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited by any law or regulation in force in your area of residence from participating in online gambling activities.
• Register as a private individual and not on behalf of any business or third-party entity.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the m1cuci platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using different information or other methods, is a serious violation of these Terms.

3. User Account

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete. m1cuci reserves the right to verify user identity through a document review process at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including any misuse that may arise from your negligence.
• Notifying m1cuci promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Users are not permitted to sell, transfer, or otherwise assign their account to another party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

m1cuci provides a range of secure and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian users. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method selected.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered in the same name as the m1cuci account holder.
• Deposits made through a third party or using a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another person are not permitted.
• m1cuci reserves the right to return deposits that fail to meet source of funds verification requirements.

5. Withdrawals

Users may submit withdrawal requests to a bank account or e-wallet registered in their name. Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security purposes and to prevent money laundering.
• m1cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of your MyKad) before approving a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be placed on hold pending an investigation.

Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the original deposit. If the original method is unavailable, the user must provide proof of ownership of a valid alternative method.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

m1cuci offers a welcome bonus to new members as a gesture of appreciation. A 100% welcome bonus of up to RM1,000 is awarded on your first deposit with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM3,200 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

Specific bonus terms are as follows:

• The bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time who have not previously held an account.
• The wagering requirement must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• m1cuci reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of wagering techniques that contradict the wagering terms, may result in the bonus being cancelled and disciplinary action being taken on the account.

The m1cuci VIP Programme offers weekly cashback across three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Members can advance through tiers via continued wagering activity on the platform.

7. Responsible Gambling

m1cuci takes a serious approach to ensuring that use of our platform is responsible and does not affect the well-being of our users. We provide several tools that users who feel their gambling activity needs additional control can access.

Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, sell, disclose, or distribute any part of this platform's content without written permission from m1cuci. Limited use of platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

m1cuci is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Game outcomes that are unfavourable to the user, given that gambling carries financial risk that users are aware of.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
• Losses resulting from use of the platform outside the terms set out herein.

Should a dispute arise regarding a game outcome, m1cuci will review the game logs and the findings of our system review are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

m1cuci reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the account of any user with or without prior notice if:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms.
• m1cuci suspects the account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The user provides false information during registration or the verification process.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority is received.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the customer support team. Once the account is closed, any valid and eligible account balance will be returned to the user after the review process is complete.

12. Changes to These Terms

m1cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without requiring prior user consent. However, we will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via a notice on the website or by email.

Continued use of the m1cuci platform after any changes to the Terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the amended Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
